Meet Lomont Molding’s June EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Thu Hoang
Thu is one of our Production Operators here at Lomont Molding. She has been with Lomont for five years now. A familiar face on the floor – Thu is held in very high regards by her peers.
Cross-training is extremely valuable in a dynamic environment like Lomont. One of Lomont’s greatest strengths as a molder is that we have capabilities in multiple different styles of molding. Thu is known for her ability to run almost any machine and does it very efficiently! She’s also a great learner and quick to adapt when needed.
The production supervisors and leads all know they can count on Thu with her great attendance and strong work ethic. She comes to work every day with a great attitude and is always looking to help where she can.
Thu is married to her husband, Su, who also works here at Lomont. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family which includes her daughters and son. Gardening is a hobby of hers and it’s not uncommon for her to bring in delicious home-grown produce for her co-workers.
We’re truly thankful to have Thu as part of our family here at Lomont!
