Meet Lomont Molding’s March EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, LoeDema.
LoeDema has been an Operator here at Lomont for nearly 3 years.
She is originally from Milton, IA and has a son and a daughter. She also is a proud grandmother with three grandkids.
She was nominated by her fellow colleagues as she is known for an extremely positive attitude and strong work ethic. She is always willing to help others and has also helped train other operators. Even if you have never met her before you will be greeted with a big smile and wave as you walk by her machine.
When asked LoeDema said her favorite thing about working at Lomont has been the culture/family aspect and it is a big reason she truly enjoys coming to work. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and watching television.
