Lomont Molding, Inc. is one of the premier plastic molders in the country. Founded in 1982, Lomont Molding, Inc. operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We take great pride in helping our customers create opportunities and finding solutions to their problems. Lomont has over 150 dedicated employees who strive for constant innovation, quality management, and cutting edge technology.

All of this is accomplished in our state of the art 100,000+ square foot facility. Our manufacturing facility offers molding capabilities of 48 to 1100 tons, processing all types of thermo-plastic resins.

Business Profile
Lomont, founded in 1982, is a custom plastic molder that specializes in low-pressure structural foam and high-pressure solid injection molded thermoplastic parts. Lomont offers complete in-house engineering/design services, tooling, quality assurance, in-mold technologies and decorating, assembly and secondary operations. Also as a world class manufacturer, Lomont offers a proprietary line of concrete accessories and safety signage and identification products. Lomont maintains over 150 dedicated employees, with a manufacturing facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet your company's needs.

Facility List
A manufacturing facility of 125,000 square feet on 22 acres of land.  The facility has railroad siding with sixteen semis loading docks and nine 150,000 lb. silos, totaling 1.5 million lbs. of raw material storage.  A 28,000 square feet warehouse is used for storage and shipping of all finished goods.

The facility is located ½ mile from U.S. Highway #34 and #218.  Fifty miles south of Interstate 80.  Approximately 20 trucking companies make daily deliveries and pickups.  Burlington Northern Rail Service also serves the community.
